Naboen Utleie has recently completed the transition from the older rental system Winlet to the modern, cloud-based solution Onlet. We assessed Onlet against a number of other alternatives when we were to invest in a new rental system. The choice fell on Onlet mainly because we have had a good experience with Intershare as a supplier for a number of years, but also because the Onlet software complied well with our requirement specifications. A total of six companies in the Naboen group were to switch to a new rental system, and we followed Intershare's recommendation to transfer one company at a time to Onlet over a period of six months. In retrospect, we are convinced that this was a wise approach. Despite some additional challenges related to the pandemic and other conditions beyond our control, the transition from Winlet to Onlet has been an absolute success. This pleasant outcome can largely be attributed to the good collaboration between Intershare and Naboen Utleie. Intershare has proven to be a reliable supplier and a skilled sparring partner both before, during and after the transition to Onlet. Naboen Utleie will therefore warmly recommend both Intershare and Onlet.

We have had the pleasure of being early in on the use of the Return app. The interest rate has grown well and it has had great efficiencies and documentation gains from the introduction of the Return app. Collection of information for the execution of orders is faster, and it is easier for users to provide correct information. The user interface is easy to understand and requires limited training. We see a big improvement in the quality we can deliver to our customers by using this tool.

At the transition from Winlet to Onlet, we received very good follow-up from a patient team at Intershare. It was a well thought out plan all the way! With Onlet as inventory management, we have greater control over the machine park at all times! With complementary machine cards, customer cards and price structures, we are faster, more precise and better at each stage. We also have a much better overview of transport needs, which provides increased efficiency and profitability. With a wide product range, we have great benefit from the reporting opportunities in Onlet. Expansion with Onlet App gives the workshop a better overview of the returns and what must be prioritized to get the products out for rent as soon as possible.
